What you will do
- Run the continental section during breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Train and supervise commis chefs
- Control wastage and maintain hygiene records

- Strong knowledge of pastas, grills, sauces and plating
- Good communication with the team
Salary & benefits
₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience. Duty meals provided.
