What you will do
- Handle recruitment, onboarding and staff records
- Manage attendance, payroll inputs and staff welfare
- Organise training and employee engagement
Who can apply
- MBA/PG in HR
- 1–3 years HR experience in a hotel preferred
- Knowledge of labour law basics and PF/ESI
Salary & benefits
₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month, depending on experience. Duty meals provided.
