Key responsibilities
- Prepare Indo-Chinese and Asian dishes on the wok station
- Make sauces, dim sums and soups as per standard
- Keep the wok section clean and stocked
Requirements
- 3+ years as Chinese / Asian chef
- Strong wok handling skills
- Knowledge of food cost and portion control
Salary & benefits
₹21,500 – ₹29,000 per month, depending on experience and interview. Benefits include duty meals and staff accommodation.
