A corporate hotel in Gurugram with large banquet halls is hiring a Banquet Sales Executive to grow its weddings, conference and social-events business.
Responsibilities
- Respond to event enquiries the same day and run site visits for clients
- Prepare quotations, menus and contracts, and follow up until the booking is confirmed
- Coordinate with the banquet, kitchen and decor teams up to the event day
- Build relationships with wedding planners and corporate HR and admin teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years in hotel banquet or event sales in Delhi NCR
- Confident communication and negotiation in English and Hindi
- Target-driven and organised, with good MS Excel skills
Salary ₹30,000 – ₹42,000 per month plus incentives on bookings, medical insurance and duty meals.
