Key responsibilities
- Lead the continental section for à la carte and buffets
- Prepare pastas, grills, sauces and salads to standard
- Train commis and control wastage
- Maintain temperature and hygiene logs
Requirements
- 3–5 years in continental kitchens, 4 or 5-star preferred
- Good plating and presentation skills
- Ability to manage a section independently
Salary & benefits
₹32,500 – ₹42,000 per month, depending on experience and interview. Benefits include duty meals.
