- Prepare mise en place and basic dishes under the Chef de Partie
- Follow standard recipes, portions and plating

Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in culinary arts / hotel management preferred
- Freshers with industrial training are welcome
- Ready to work in shifts and on weekends
Salary & benefits
₹15,500 – ₹21,000 per month, depending on experience and interview. Benefits include duty meals and staff accommodation.
