What you will do
- Prepare Indian curries, gravies and mise en place under the CDP
- Follow recipes, portion sizes and food safety (FSSAI) standards
- Keep your section clean and help with receiving stores
Who can apply
- Diploma/certificate in hotel management or culinary arts preferred
- Freshers with kitchen training welcome
- Willing to work rotating shifts
Salary & benefits
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience. Duty meals provided. Staff accommodation provided.
