- Run the Indian curry section during service
- Prepare gravies, marinades and bases in advance
- Guide commis chefs and check quality before dispatch
Requirements
- 2–3 years in a hotel or busy restaurant kitchen
- Good knowledge of North Indian cuisine
- Team player with speed and consistency
Salary & benefits
₹19,500 – ₹25,500 per month, depending on experience and interview. Benefits include duty meals and staff accommodation.
