Requirements
- 10+ years of experience including Sous or Executive Chef roles
- Experience opening or running hotels / large banquets
- Strong leadership, costing and menu engineering skills
Salary & benefits
₹1,04,500 – ₹1,63,000 per month, depending on experience and interview. Benefits include duty meals, staff accommodation and medical insurance.
