A lake-view heritage hotel in Udaipur is hiring a Guest Relations Executive to look after its in-house guests, many of them international travellers and wedding families.
Key duties
- Welcome VIP and repeat guests and run courtesy calls during their stay
- Plan special occasions – birthdays, anniversaries and proposals – with F&B and housekeeping
- Handle feedback and solve problems before they reach online reviews
- Share local knowledge: boat rides, palaces, markets and food
Candidate profile
- 1–3 years in guest relations or front office in a 4- or 5-star or heritage property
- Excellent spoken English; French, German or Spanish is a strong plus
- Polished grooming and a warm, unhurried manner
Salary ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month, with staff accommodation and meals.
