- Train and supervise the kitchen brigade
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with at least 2 years as CDP or Junior Sous Chef
- Multi-cuisine knowledge and leadership skills
- Experience in a branded hotel preferred
Salary & benefits
₹43,000 – ₹57,500 per month, depending on experience and interview. Benefits include duty meals and staff accommodation.
