Our client, a boutique hill resort in Kasauli, is looking for an experienced Sous Chef. Best Hotel Jobs is managing this hiring – shortlisted candidates will be contacted by our team for an interview.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in running the kitchen
- Plan menus, rosters and daily production
- Control food cost, inventory and hygiene audits
- Train and supervise the kitchen brigade
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with at least 2 years as CDP or Junior Sous Chef
- Multi-cuisine knowledge and leadership skills
- Experience in a branded hotel preferred
Salary & benefits
₹44,500 – ₹59,500 per month, depending on experience and interview. Benefits include duty meals and staff accommodation.
