Key responsibilities
- Lead all kitchen operations, menus and food quality
- Manage food cost, purchasing and kitchen budgets
- Ensure food safety compliance (FSSAI / HACCP)
- Build and train a strong kitchen team
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience including Sous or Executive Chef roles
- Experience opening or running hotels / large banquets
- Strong leadership, costing and menu engineering skills
Salary & benefits
₹85,000 – ₹1,32,000 per month, depending on experience and interview. Benefits include duty meals, staff accommodation and medical insurance.
