Sous Chef – Bengaluru

Best Hotel Jobs is recruiting a Sous Chef for a client’s upscale business hotel in Bengaluru. The kitchen runs an all-day diner, an Asian specialty restaurant and a busy MICE and banquet operation.

You will

• Run the main kitchen shift-to-shift and stand in for the Executive Chef
• Plan production for banquets of up to 400 covers
• Control food cost, wastage and vendor quality, and lead FSSAI and HACCP audits
• Coach a brigade of about 25 chefs and help create new menus

You bring

• 6+ years of professional cooking, including at least 2 years as CDP or Junior Sous Chef in a branded hotel
• Strong continental or Asian skills, plus working knowledge of Indian cuisine
• Calm leadership during peak banquet days

Offer: ₹55,000 – ₹70,000 per month, medical insurance and duty meals.
