Key responsibilities
- Prepare dosa, idli, vada, uttapam and South Indian curries
- Run the live dosa counter at breakfast
- Prepare chutneys, sambhar and batters fresh daily
Requirements
- 3+ years in South Indian cuisine in hotels or restaurants
- Experience with live counters is an advantage
- Clean and organised working style
Salary & benefits
₹19,500 – ₹27,000 per month, depending on experience and interview. Benefits include duty meals and staff accommodation.
