Key responsibilities
- Prepare kebabs, tikkas and Indian breads in the tandoor
- Marinate meats and vegetables for service
- Maintain the tandoor and the safety of the station
Requirements
- 3+ years as tandoor chef in a hotel or restaurant
- Knowledge of Mughlai and North Indian dishes
- Able to handle high volumes at banquets
Salary & benefits
₹22,500 – ₹30,500 per month, depending on experience and interview. Benefits include duty meals and staff accommodation.
