What you will do
- Prepare kebabs, tikkas and breads in the tandoor
- Marinate and prep meats and vegetables for service
- Maintain the tandoor station and safety standards

- Knowledge of North Indian and Mughlai dishes
- Speed and consistency during peak hours
Salary & benefits
₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month, depending on experience. Duty meals provided. Staff accommodation provided.
